Non-Refund Policy

By engaging GridPulseNodes for deployment services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following non-refund terms in their entirety.
1. Digital Deployment Finality
Due to the high-intensity technical labor involved and the immediate transfer of proprietary orchestration logic upon deployment initiation:
All Setup Fees and Monthly Management Fees are strictly non-refundable. This policy takes effect the moment deployment work begins on the Client's server, regardless of completion status.
The nature of our service involves transferring specialized knowledge, proprietary configurations, and custom orchestration logic to the Client's infrastructure. This transfer is irreversible and constitutes delivered value from the moment of initiation.
2. No Refunds For
The following scenarios do not qualify for refunds, credits, or chargebacks:
Account Bans
WhatsApp suspensions resulting from Client content, messaging volume, or recipient reporting.
Provider Failures
Service interruptions from Client's SMS provider, proxy service, or server hosting.
Change of Mind
Once the environment has been initialized, no refund is available for any reason including change of business direction.
3. Proxy Integrity Requirements
Clients must provide SOCKS5 Mobile or Residential proxies with a strict 1:1 node-to-IP ratio. This means:
- Each active WhatsApp node requires its own dedicated proxy IP
- Shared or datacenter proxies will result in rapid account bans
- Proxy quality is the Client's responsibility; degraded proxies causing bans are not grounds for refund
- We recommend rotating residential proxies with mobile-grade IP reputation
4. SMS Country Matching
Critical Requirement: The SMS verification number country must match the Proxy IP country for each node. Mismatched geo-signals are a primary ban trigger and are not within GridPulseNodes' control.
Example: A node using a German proxy must be verified with a German SMS number. Failure to maintain geo-consistency will result in account flags that GridPulseNodes cannot prevent or remedy.
5. AI Requirement
The Client must maintain a positive OpenAI API balance at all times for anti-ban messaging to remain active. If the Client's OpenAI balance reaches zero:
- The AI message variability layer will cease functioning
- Messages will be sent without AI rewriting, dramatically increasing ban risk
- Any resulting account suspensions are solely the Client's responsibility
- This does not constitute a service failure by GridPulseNodes
6. Limitation of Liability
GridPulseNodes is not liable for:
- Lost revenue, leads, or business opportunities from WhatsApp downtime
- Server outages caused by the hosting provider
- WhatsApp account bans, restrictions, or rate limits
- Changes to WhatsApp's platform, API, or enforcement policies
- Proxy provider failures, IP blacklisting, or geo-blocking
- SMS provider delays, number exhaustion, or verification failures
Total liability cap: In all cases, GridPulseNodes' total liability to the Client shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent calendar month of service. This cap applies regardless of the nature of the claim.
7. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes an immediate breach of this agreement and will result in:
- Immediate termination of all services
- Removal of orchestration software from the Client's server
- Forfeiture of any remaining service period
- Pursuit of the disputed amount plus administrative fees
8. Acknowledgement
By proceeding with GridPulseNodes deployment services, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refund Policy in its entirety. This acknowledgement is a prerequisite for service initiation.
