Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between GridPulseNodes ("Provider", "we", "us") and the subscribing entity ("Client", "you") for managed infrastructure deployment services.
1. Management Scope
GridPulseNodes provides installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Python orchestration layer and Redroid containers on the Client's designated hardware. Our scope includes:
- Initial server environment preparation and security hardening
- Deployment of Redroid (Android-in-Docker) containers
- Configuration of proxy routing and SOCKS5 integration
- Installation of the AI message variability controller
- Setup of the n8n workflow orchestration layer
- Implementation of rate limiting and rotation logic
- Provision of a real-time monitoring dashboard
2. Hardware Ownership & Responsibility
The Client must maintain an active Dedicated Bare-Metal Server account. The Client retains full ownership of all hardware and data stored thereon.
Important: Service interruptions, data loss, or downtime caused by hosting billing failures, hardware faults, or network outages on the hosting provider's end are the Client's sole responsibility. GridPulseNodes bears no liability for hosting infrastructure the Client controls.
3. Resource Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for all costs associated with:
- OpenAI API usage — All token consumption for AI message rewriting
- SMS verification credits — Charges from 5sim, SMS-Activate, or other supported providers
- Mobile/Residential proxies — Monthly proxy fees for SOCKS5 connections
- Server hosting — dedicated bare-metal server rental and bandwidth
GridPulseNodes does not provide, resell, or subsidize any third-party API keys, proxy subscriptions, or hosting services.
4. Account Safety & Risk Acknowledgement
The GridPulseNodes system utilizes AI message variability, session rotation, rate limiting, and proxy isolation to reduce the risk of account suspension. However:
The Client explicitly acknowledges that WhatsApp automation carries inherent risks of account suspension or ban. WhatsApp's Terms of Service prohibit automated messaging, and while our system employs advanced evasion techniques, no system can guarantee zero account losses.
GridPulseNodes is not liable for any WhatsApp account suspensions, bans, or restrictions that occur during or after deployment.
5. Service Availability
We commit to responding to critical alerts within 4 hours during business days. Maintenance windows are scheduled with 24-hour advance notice when possible. Emergency patches may be deployed without notice to protect system integrity.
6. Acceptable Use
The Client agrees not to use the GridPulseNodes infrastructure for:
- Distribution of malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
- Messages violating applicable anti-spam legislation
- Content targeting minors or promoting illegal activities
- Any use that could expose GridPulseNodes to legal liability
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client retains full access to their server and all data thereon. GridPulseNodes will remove proprietary orchestration software within 7 days of termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
